Bar Vittorio Emanuele dal 1882

Nato in svizzera e cresciuto in Calabria, dopo la scuola alberghiera mi trasferisco a Bologna, dove nel 2010 trovo posto come cameriere al Bar Vittorio Emanuele. Nel 2014 il primo corso da barman con Aibes. Nel 2016 ho vinto il nazionale aibes nella mia categoria e lo stesso anno ho ricevuto il premio come terzo giovane talento dell'anno da bargiornale. Attualmente ricopro il ruolo di barmanager del Bar Vittorio Emuale.
